Bear Lake, UT – Aquamarine at Waterdance
The space
Waterdance Bear Lake is a new development with communal outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is open from May-September.
We are Located in the heart of Garden City, UT at Bear Lake, within walking distance, via bike path, to shops and beach with easy access to trails leading to mountains.
The Aquamarine unit is the south unit in the triplex. It is fully furnished and sleeps 26 in a 3,330 square foot unit. The entire home can be rented together for a discount on the cleaning fee and nightly rate. It is attached to the Blue Topaz unit off of the main floor kitchens through two doors. All three homes (Aquamarine, Blue Topaz, and Cobalt) within the larger home have their own fire pit and grill (gas is provided), but share a large grass area out back. The kitchens are well stocked with cookware. They are stocked with most basic cookware and kitchen appliances. If you are not sure if we have it, it is best to ask or bring it from home if possible.
We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don’t have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.
We do not allow pets in this home.

This was such a wonderful place to stay. They were so accommodating! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
A beautiful home. It housed our large group and we were able to all be together with enough space to still be able to have space alone when you needed it. The pool was fantastic. The home had everything we available for cooking. We would certainly stay there again.
We loved staying in the Aqua Marina Unity. There was a large screen TV and Fireplace in each room and two large screen TV’s in the gathering areas. We had a blast swimming, sitting by the fire pit and making smores, playing games, enjoying the mountain sunsets, watching movies, golfing, 4 wheeling, fishing at the Garden City Pond with the kids, getting Raspberry Shakes and of course, enjoying the Caribbean of the Mountains (Bear Lake). This is a great place to stay for adults and children. We will definitely be back!! Thank You!

Great place to stay; centrally located. We walked to the beach, downtown shops and restaurants. The kids loved the pool. Adam was great; quick responses!
Very nice place. Perfect location. It not only comfortably sleeps 22, but actually has seating for 22 to eat all at the same time (something I have found to be a rarity among Airbnb rentals for large groups).
You will love bear lake and this home is freak and beautiful. When they finish the pool it will enhance your stay incredibly. Check if the pool is actually finished before you book though
This is a beautiful new unit with super comfy furniture and luxurious beds. Gorgeous designer kitchen and baths. Lots of eating space for our family of 23. Great room was wonderful as was the upstairs bonus room. Having a garage was also super helpful for storing our coolers, shade structures and such when we weren’t at the lake.
Our small issues were resolved right away and we definitely received the personal touch.

The house is new and very clean, with amazing amenities, such as adjustable beds and fireplaces in main bedrooms. It was perfect for our family group of 20. Norm and Adam were wonderful hosts and were very responsive to our requests.
