It is ideally situated close to Bear Lake, Downtown Garden City, and endless trails for hiking and biking! The majestic views of the lake and beautiful nature dreamscapes will remind you of all the reasons you want to keep coming back to this enchanted retreat! With amenities including a private indoor pool and gym, tons of room for everyone, and close access to everything, it is tailor-made for large and small groups needing to get away and re-vitalize!
We want you to feel that this is your home away from home. You will enjoy our open space, comfortable furnishings, and rooms designed to relax and rejuvenate you. The homes offers an indoor pool and sports gym for everyone to enjoy and explore.
Wake up in a cozy king-sized bed in the spacious master bedroom and walk out to the adjoining patio to take in the morning sunrises over Bear Lakes incredible views. Enjoy the smart TV with or relax in the large European glass-enclosed shower. The large walk-in closet, comfortable seating, and home furnishings make you feel right at home.
Guests will sleep in comfort and privacy in the other rooms with cozy queen beds. Each room has its own bathroom and closet area which is perfect for group stays.
After you come home from your daily adventures, a perfect place to freshen up is the fully stocked bathrooms. It has everything you need to get squeaky clean! It includes a tub/shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash.
Prepare a delicious home-cooked meal after a long day hiking or golfing in the fully-equipped kitchen. You’ll enjoy using our brand new stainless-steel appliances including a gas stove. Blend up a smoothie, make some rice in the rice cooker, get going with coffee in the morning, toast some fresh bagels, or put something in the crock pot so it will be ready when you get home. A hop, skip and a jump lands you in Sand Hollow Reservoir. Rent a boat to wakeboard, paddle board, cliff jump or ride a dune buggy. Nearby Quail Creek or 40 minute drive to the exquisite mountains of Kanarraville Falls offer unique scenery and a lot of fun for your daily outing.

Waterdance Bear Lake is a new development with communal outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is open from May-September.
We are Located in the heart of Garden City, UT at Bear Lake, within walking distance, via bike path, to shops and beach with easy access to trails leading to mountains.
The Aquamarine unit is the south unit in the triplex. It is fully furnished and sleeps 26 in a 3,330 square foot unit. The entire home can be rented together for a discount on the cleaning fee and nightly rate. It is attached to the Blue Topaz unit off of the main floor kitchens through two doors. All three homes (Aquamarine, Blue Topaz, and Cobalt) within the larger home have their own fire pit and grill (gas is provided), but share a large grass area out back. The kitchens are well stocked with cookware. They are stocked with most basic cookware and kitchen appliances. If you are not sure if we have it, it is best to ask or bring it from home if possible.
We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don’t have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.
We do not allow pets in this home.
